Project overview
Nacka Municipality previously operated two separate systems: an internal SharePoint-based intranet and a non-responsive external website built in EPiServer. The project aimed to merge these into one unified digital platform, creating a shared service web that could support both internal operations and public-facing communication.
After
The work focused on information architecture, role-based entry points and responsive design, enabling different user groups to access relevant content through a common structure. Particular emphasis was placed on clarity, accessibility and long-term maintainability within a complex municipal organisation.
Role & outcome
My role covered UX strategy, content structuring and interface design. The result was a consolidated service platform that replaced fragmented systems with a unified digital ecosystem, improving usability, governance and access to municipal services across devices.
