Internal brand and culture campaign for the Swedish Fortifications Agency, focused on strengthening organisational identity and employee pride by highlighting the diversity of roles and expertise within the organisation.

Swedish Fortifications Agency – Mitt FortV

Internal brand and culture campaign developed for the Swedish Fortifications Agency, aimed at strengthening organisational identity and employee pride. The background was a high level of staff turnover and a widespread internal perception of the organisation as slow, outdated and bureaucratic. The campaign focused on the organisation’s core values, and my work included developing the visual expression and icon system used to represent these values.

The concept “Mitt FortV” (“My FortV”) was built around highlighting the diversity of roles and expertise within the organisation, showcasing real employees from different functions and disciplines. The goal was to make the work more visible, relatable and meaningful, and to create a stronger sense of belonging across departments.

The campaign included a series of internal posters and films, distributed through physical office environments and the organisation’s intranet, focusing on authentic storytelling rather than corporate messaging.
