Region Gävleborg – Digital Service & Strategy
Digital planning and service design work for Region Gävleborg, supporting the region’s digital transformation strategy and public service accessibility.

Project overview
Region Gävleborg, a regional council responsible for healthcare, public transport, cultural services and regional development, has prioritised digitalisation as part of its long-term strategy to improve public accessibility and service delivery.
The work focussed on aligning digital service delivery with the region’s strategic goals for digital transformation, emphasising user needs, transparency and efficient access to public information and services. This involved structuring information frameworks and UX patterns that could serve both citizens and internal stakeholders in navigating healthcare resources, public transport information and administrative services.

Role & outcome
My work contributed to defining digital service principles, creating clear patterns for information flow and improving accessibility within Region Gävleborg’s digital ecosystem. The result was a more coherent digital presence that supported the region’s strategic objective of making services more intuitive and accessible for all users.
