Responsibilities
I was responsible for the ongoing development of the product range, including line extensions, packaging adaptations and production management. Working closely with suppliers, wholesalers and print partners, I coordinated everything from artwork preparation and print approvals to material selection and quality assurance.
In addition to packaging production, I planned and art directed product photography and social media content, creating a cohesive visual expression across packaging, e-commerce and marketing channels.
Process
Working closely with suppliers, wholesalers and print partners, I developed new products and packaging variations within the existing assortment. The work involved adapting designs across formats and fragrances, preparing production-ready artwork, and ensuring consistency in both appearance and quality throughout the product range.
I was responsible for managing communication between manufacturers, printers and distributors, reviewing proofs and production samples, and advising on print techniques, materials and finishing options.
To support marketing efforts, I also planned and art directed photography and short-form video content. The photography was produced for catalogues, marketing materials and the website, while video assets were created specifically for social media channels.
Outcome
The project resulted in an expanded and cohesive product range supported by consistent packaging, photography and digital content. By combining product development, production management and content creation, the assortment achieved a stronger and more unified market presence while supporting fundraising activities for schools and sports communities.
